A Cowboy Hat offers the following Returns and Other Policies:
If you are buying a "SPECIAL ORDER" or "MADE TO ORDER" hat, we DO NOT accept returns because these hats are made specifically for the buyer purchasing the hat. If you are purchasing a stocked hat then we are HAPPY to ACCEPT your return for STORE CREDIT or an EXCHANGE. In order to accept a return the hat must be:
- In NEW condition not worn.
- Undamaged
- If you are in the United States and are exchanging a hat, please enclose $9 for reshipping of a new hat, your order information, and what hat you want in exchange (including size).
- If you are an international customer please email us for the cost on reshipping.
- To expedite the reshipping of your hat, please send us a TRACKINGNUMBER of the package so we can track your package.
We do CUSTOM SHAPING of hats for customers upon request. These requests can be sent over email or over the phone. It helps to have a photo to reference. We do not recondition hats. We are pretty flexible so if you have a CREATIVE IDEA of how you want your hat just let us know and we will let you know if we can do it.
ORDERS OVER 4 HATS, please contact us and we will give you a discount. This can be done before or after you order a hat.
HAT BOXES, we have hat boxes from the manufacturer; however, they are much bigger than the standard shipping box. We do not mind sending the box to you, but the postage is rather high because of the size and weight the hat adds to the shipping of the product. If an order is within the US, we have found that Parcel Post is most economical way to ship these packages.
Every once in awhile we get a damaged hat from our supplier that is a special order (this happens in our bulk order as well), if this happens we will let you know and give you the option of getting another one special ordered under the manufacturers shipping time or you can elect for a refund. We do send out defective products.
